Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you are welcome to return the product once it arrives.
