Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In their original packaging
- In the same condition in which they were received
Because our products are used on the skin, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us at support@berabotanicals.com. Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your request
Items sent back without submitting a return request will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@berabotanicals.com so we can assist you.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Any opened or used personal care items (including soap)
- Sale items
- Gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please email us.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please start a return and place a new order once the return is approved.
European Union Customers
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process the refund.
If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@berabotanicals.com.
