Order Processing
Your order is prepared with care within 24 hours and ships immediately after processing. You will receive an order confirmation by email, followed by your tracking details when your parcel is on its way.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Delivery takes 5-7 business days after processing.
Standard shipping is $9.95. Free standard shipping is applied automatically to orders of $69 or more, based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather events, or unforeseen circumstances. Bera Botanicals is not responsible for delayed deliveries once your order has been transferred to the carrier.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping charges.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package shows as delivered but is not found at your location, please contact the carrier first, as they can often assist in locating the parcel. While we cannot guarantee replacements for lost or stolen packages, we will review situations case by case once a carrier investigation is complete.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will review and assist with a replacement when applicable.
Order Changes
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes to shipping details or products. Please review your order carefully prior to checkout.
